Rosso rubino intenso alla vista, con leggere sfumature color granato. Al naso si presenta molto gradevole, con sentori fruttati e floreali di rosa e violetta in primo piano. La bocca è agile, succosa e saporita, con richiami fruttati e tannini delicati.“Funsu”, il Nebbiolo delle Langhe DOC di Cascina Ca' Rossa, è dedicato al capostipite di questa cantina del Roero, Alfonso, il padre di Angelo, attuale titolare. È stato creato per ricordare il suo amore per la terra e la vita contadina e dopo una raccolta manuale delle uve coltivate in biologico, fermenta e vinifica in acciaio inox per mantenere ed esaltare tutta la fragranza del frutto. Si tratta di un vino dalla beva scorrevole e molto bevibile, perfetto per una serata tra amici o per una cena in famiglia.
Molto interessante negli abbinamenti del territorio, soprattutto con antipasti a base di carne. Da provare anche con carni rosse arrosto o in umido.

Versatile and decent size

I love little trays for random things. I saw this and had to get it. I ordered the black one. It came nicely packaged in a box that protected it from any damage during transport. It is approximately 8” x 8” x 1.6.” It is made of faux leather and MDF. It is supposedly water-resistant, but I have tested that. The interest in smooth, while the exterior walls have vertical ridges. The bottom is smooth. It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t side around. I have used it for numerous things: jewelry, pens and notepads, keys and sunglasses, perfume, medications, change, remotes, and change. It’s a handy and modern piece that could suit most people.
