This front brake kit for a 64-72 Chevy El Camino is for mounting to either a stock disc or drum brake style spindle.

For custom bolt pattern please contact us directly, otherwise OE factory bolt pattern will be issued.

TBM 2 Piston (F1/DR-1) Front Drag Racing Brake Kits are extremely lightweight and are not suitable for use with factory rear brakes/proportioning. They must be used with a properly installed aftermarket-style 4 piston rear brake kit.

*Please use red loctite on all rotor bolts*

Installation Instructions

We recommend using TBM DOT 5.1 Extreme 6 Brake Fluid for all TBM Brake Kits. You'll need at least 4 (12 oz) bottles of fluid when building and plumbing a new system that is empty.

There are a lot of negative reviews due to the price for what is only a top sheet. It is a bit pricy, though I sleep in a twin so it wasn’t too bad. I wake up and it takes seconds to make my bed- i’m not untying a huge knot. It adds such a tiny bit of weight thats so comfy and cozy and not hot. You can be certain you’re not taking a risk with this brand at the price. Very mych happy with my purchase and have been sleeping a lot better.
