One complaint
Works very well and solved port issues on my X1 Carbon. My only quibble is that the C interface cable from the unit to the PC is a bit too stiff and tends to lose connection if things move about.

Perfect for my use
Works as intended. Solid build quality and works with my Windows laptop through the USB C connection. I wish the product description would clarify that the USB ports do not support video.

Good Buy
It's been more than a month it works great, no issues. Does not heat up, good material, compatible with both Mac and Windows, I have both OS laptops.

Great in every facet
Color: Space grey
This thing works well. No complaints at all. haven't had any problems with heat, and it fits into your pocket but doesn't fill it up. This is a great value, especially if it's on sale and you need extra ports or an sd card reader or both I would encourage people to try it out!
