An isopod, a stag beetle, and a rhinoceros beetle walk into a bar... wait, no, this isn't funny.  Anyways, these little bugs are a familiar sight on my shop so I had to re-introduce them in keycap form! This is the perfect keychain for on-the-go fidgeting if you enjoy the tactile and auditory feedback of pushing buttons or typing on keyboards. Not to mention, it looks cute as an accessory!  Each individual keycap is also equipped with an LED so they light up when pressed.

All keycap keychains come pre-assembled with Gateron Blue switches (very clicky sound), LEDs, and batteries. You can add-on a set of 3 creamy switches or 3 silent switches to modify your keychain's sound and sensation to your preferences! Add-on switches are NOT pre-assembled and a switch puller is required to swap out the default switches for your add-ons.

PLEASE NOTE: Add-on switches do NOT come pre-installed with LEDs and batteries. By swapping them in, your keychain will NO LONGER LIGHT UP unless you modify the new switches to install the LEDs and batteries. (I don't have a tutorial but I did do it once and it wasn't that hard, I just used the pre-equipped switches and LEDs as an example) 

This accessory is NOT a toy for children. It has many moving and removable small parts.

Purchasing this kit instead of each piece of pipe and fittings required was a no-brainer. It was especially easy because all pieces are prepainted. It went together with ease. Mounting was simple with planning, measurements, and a level. *Note* I purchase the pine stair treads from Home Depot that are 1" thick and then chemically aged them before adding polycrylic. It is cheaper than plywood and shelving boards, and a full 1" thick rather than 1x12 shelving.

It’s a great product if you know some details before you purchase. Specifically, for how much it cost it’s a great product. After assembly it is sturdy and will hold anything you’ll be displaying on it within reason. Speaking of assembly, it’s straight forward and intuitive if you’ve assembled other things such as a basic end table. What you should know: it does not come with instructions. It’s not hard to figure out but if you’re someone that needs instructions this product isn’t for you. That being said, if you see what you bought it’s not hard to look at the picture and assemble it. It does not come with the shelves. If you can’t buy them premise or make them then this product is not for you. Lastly, and this part is important to me, not all the pieces are straight after assembly. I used a level to mount the product on the wall and make each shelve straight. However, due to the factory produced screw grooves it is not perfectly straight. If you need it perfectly level looking this product is not for you. Refer to my pictures and you’ll see how the left bar looks crooked even though I mounted it level in every way. However, it gives it a more rustic, modern farmhouse feel that we wanted. Otherwise, a great product. I am still very happy for what we paid for. I would recommend the product and buy it again.

No Instructions - Easy to build and study

I ordered 3, and my wife loves the look of them. They seem to support a decent amount of weight. I supervised my 7 year old (55 lbs) as she scaled a single shelf bracket up the wall after it was mounted, without the planks. You do need to have some amount of handiness to be looking at buying as it does not come assembled, and does not have the wood planks with it. A little learning curve I had. Keep the rods only hand snug, not tight, snug, and then as you put it up to the wall adjust as needed to get the heights and widths right to the opposing shelf. There is also only 8 pipe brackets to hold the shelves down (2 per shelf) and I did not realize this at first and assumed I had 16 (4 per shelf). I had to go back and fix.
