EL BUHO MEZCAL ARTESANAL 750El Buho is a blanco mescal made from 100% Espadin agave. First, hand selected agaves are slowly roasted underneath Oaxacan earth in a stone pit fire fueled by local oak for a week before being crushed by a horse on a tahona stone mill. The mast ferments for a couple days, is double distilled in a 5th generation alembic still, and then bottled by hand in an authentic Mexican glass decanter.
