The Chicken CST3 (Cystatin C) ELISA Kit measures CST3 in Chicken Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CST3 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CST3 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CST3 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Unethical book

Had to get this book for a required class. This book is unreadable. It is written in an outdated language of old philosophers. The book itself if unethical. It starts out with one inch margins then once you get into it they switch to half inch margins. That's deceitful. Everyone I have talked to in the class can't stand the book. l read it because I have to, but I'm not getting anything out of it. Humanity is certainly lacking ethics these days, but this book is a waste of my time and if I'm struggling reading it, I doubt anyone who actually needs to read this book will make it through more than a page.
