Does the job

Love the taste and great for digestive system. They recommend doing a 14 day challenge so tried it was presently surprised with bloating, regularity and glad to be getting needed fiber. Also had elevated cholesterol so hoping this helps as well.

A daily digestive game changer

Iβm an 81 year old male having problems with my stomach. My Gastroenterologist after numerous tests including a colonoscopy, recommended Meta Mucil, to my surprise. I was expecting more prescription meds. I have been using it every day and I understand why this is what he recommended for me. I feel better already having only used Meta Mucil for a little over a week. It is an excellent product but speak to your doctor first if you are having digestive problems. I also like the fact that itβs sugar free.
