Description: The ME2-XTSS kit by ACT incorporates an Xtreme pressure plate designed to meet the demands of the most discerning drivers. Employing an exclusive diaphragm design, ACT Xtreme pressure plates augment clamp load, minimize deflection, and optimize clutch longevity. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process to ensure exceptional performance. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency to ACT pressure plates. The Performance street discs accompanying the kit feature premium organic materials with a higher copper content for superior heat transfer and steel-backed lining for enhanced burst strength and durability. These discs boast a reduced marcel for swifter shift action, complementing the characteristics of ACT pressure plates. Despite the enhanced performance, these discs offer quiet operation along with increased strength and reliability. Monoloc, included in the kit, ensures uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate for proper alignment, irrespective of driver influence or vehicle modifications, owing to its meticulously calculated spring tension and hardened chrome-moly steel construction.
