Asurion warranty covered my office chair as promised
I was able to use the furniture protection plan on my office chair. Process was smooth and was mailed out a check so we could purchase a new chair.

Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year markβ¦ Iβm so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than itβs worth but Asurion came through!
