卡羅 脆皮麻糬鬆餅粉-Waffle Premix (Crispy Mochi)(2kg*包)

有麻糬的口感的鬆餅。外表酥脆、內Q 軟，富有奶油香氣。搭配鹹料或甜品可變化多種口味。

 

製作方法：

1. 脆皮麻糬鬆餅粉100 克、雞蛋50 克、水

    50~80±2 克、無鹽奶油30克(先隔水融化

    )，把所有材料攪拌均勻成麵糊。
2. 麵糊倒入於先預熱好的鬆餅機中，約烤

    焙5~8分鐘即可。

 

儲       存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
