The Human (HO-2) Heme Oxygenase 2 ELISA Kit measures Heme Oxygenase 2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human HMOX2 antibody. HMOX2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human HMOX2 Antibody is added and binds to HMOX2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated HMOX2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human HMOX2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

These salt and pepper shakers are ok. According to the description of the product, you should be able to adjust the coarseness of the salt and pepper added to them, but that was not my case. The coarseness adjuster on the set I received is set to one position and there is no way of changing it. The grinders work well, but if you are looking to adjust the coarseness of your salt and/or pepper look for another grinder set.
