Any cancellation prior to 48hours, you will receive your $100 booking fee, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

What to expect on the day:
For those who have not shopped with Et Al previously, we will give you a brief overview of the brand.
The session will include a view of the latest pieces to arrive in store of the new season.
You will be styled by the designer with pieces they have personally chosen for you with the information from your questionnaire.
We hope to educate you on how our pieces work together and to create a look and wardrobe that suits your lifestyle.
Last but not least, you should expect to some beautiful fashion, bubbles and an enjoyable experience.
Conditions:
The $50 booking fee is redeemable on purchases on the day.

Cancellations prior to 48hours, you will receive your $50 booking fee, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
Please keep in mind that we run on a strict schedule with back to back appointments, so if you are late, it will affect other client appointments.
On the day, if you are running late for your appointment, please call us immediately on 03 9663 1441. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your session for an alternative date and time as we will not have sufficient time to provide you with our full styling service.
