The clasp is button style with an antique replica of a mermaid in hypoallergenic artisan pewter.
A genuine labradorite bead hangs off the side to remind you of the sometimes stormy and mysterious New England sea. Labradorite is known as "The Stone of Transformation" helping with mental clarity and anxiety. It also is purported to be good for the respiratory and digestive systems.
