Hardback, green cloth, navy blue lettering. 315 numbered pages, 8vo. Printed in Great Britain by Sherratt and Hughes at St Ann's Press Manchester.

Art Work: This book comes with the rare original art work and proofs for the Dust Jacket of the book. The art work was finished by hand on 27th Oct 1938. It comes with a number of other original hand drawn designs that didn't make the cut for the final Dust Jacket design.

This is a beautiful example of this book in the rare Dust Jacket and on top of that comes with rare artwork included. It is Frederick Cowles second collection of ghost stories. 

Book Condition: Very Good Condition - Dust jacket has some minor tears and wear, but otherwise in a very good condition. The Spine is slightly faded and rubbed at the top and bottom and the corners slightly bruised. Pages slightly curled in bottom left corner but otherwise in excellent condition. ages. Dust Jacket is protected by plastic archive film.

Condition of the art work: Fine condition.
